Refund policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you are welcome to return the item.

Jewelry can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, with the original sales receipt, and in new and unworn condition. Jewelry returned within 21 days of purchase, with the original sales receipt, and in new and unworn condition can be exchanged or returned in the form of a merchandise credit. Please note, we do not accept returns on visibly worn items, custom-made items or altered items. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Cash refunds are issued by check. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable, merchandise credit. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. All sale merchandise is final, no refunds or exchanges can be made. All watch and timepiece sales are final.

Items that are shipped follow the same return policy, however the return window starts from the date of delivery. 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been sized, engraved or otherwise altered, either by us, or by a third party.

Please indicate if you would like to receive store credit. If so we would be happy to issue full credit to your account, which does not expire.

Walters & Hogsett is not responsible for lost packages or damage to the merchandise during transit, therefore you should insure all shipments.

Returns may take up to two weeks to process, and approximately a month to appear on your credit card statement.
